8 lb sugar 74 tea bags 6 gallons of water 1 packet of yeast 6 campden tabs
I let this stuff bubble for almost one month un disturbed. Today I racked it off, filtered it, filtered it and filtered it again. I then added about 3 cups sugar and put it back into my carboy. I'm gonna let it sit for a few weeks then rack off again. But at this stage i have to tell you that it tastes great. Its tea with a kick. Let me know your thoughts or ideas.
